Freedom Of Information
Publication Scheme
Lindhead School is committed to being open and transparent about the information it holds and routinely makes available.
As a maintained school, Lindhead School is a public authority for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The school has adopted the Information Commissioner’s Office model publication scheme. This scheme sets out our commitment to make certain categories of information available to the public as part of our normal school business.
The document below includes:
-
our adopted ICO Model Publication Scheme;
-
our Guide to Information, which explains the types of information the school makes available and how this can be accessed;
-
our Schedule of Charges, which explains when a charge may apply, for example for photocopying, printing or postage.
Much of the information listed in the guide is available free of charge through the school website. Where information is not published online, requests can be made in writing to the school. Some information may not be available where it is exempt under the Freedom of Information Act, data protection legislation or other relevant legislation.
Requests for information under the publication scheme should be made using the contact details provided in the document below.
